BULLWORKERS AREN’T CHEAP
Bullworkers are high quality workout tools that give us the option of isotonic or isometric modes of workout reps. We may also choose to do both, with an isometric hold at the beginning or ending of a set of reps.
Though they “aren’t cheap” , they are worth every penny, in my opinion. I have had the Bullworker Steel Bow and Bow Classic for over 6 years and they appear to be new. No discernible difference and the same challenging springs. They don’t wear out.
See my most recent Bullworker article.
Also, see the Bullworker Bow Classic below. This demonstrates the “archer” exercise, which stressses the latissimuns dorsi muscles of our upper backs.
Currently, I use the Bullworker Bow Classic for 3 back movements – the “archer”, right side and then left side, then the cable spread (spreading the black handles in front of my body). I also use the handles to work my biceps, with some effect on the triceps. I pull up with one hand while pulling down with the other. When working triceps, I do the opposite and create an additional impact on the biceps.
The Steel Bow is shorter. I use it for chest compressions and for abdominal work (by pushing down while seated).
The Steel Bow is shown below.
I like Bullworkers for these reasons:
- They are made of high quality steel
- They provide full workouts without taking up much space at home
- They are easily portable and give us a workout option when we travel
- The variety of springs gives us several resistances
- The isotonic/isometric modes are unique for exercise quipment
- I can protect my joints with Bullworkers
