Maybe I’m trying to justify eating one of my favorite foods. If so, there are plenty of reasons to appreciate nuts. This post will list many of the health benefits of nuts and end with Online sources for them.

Nuts are nutrient-dense foods with a rich composition of vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and other bioactive compounds.

THE BENEFITS

The specific nutrient content of nuts can vary among the different types. The general benefits are listed below.
