BULLWORKER FITNESS UPDATES

BULLWORKER HAS WINTER SPECIALS

Bullworker Fitness tools have been mainstays for my home workouts for 6 years. The company has now begun to offer substantial savings on their products. This post will present their winter specials and why I use and recommend Bullworkers.

Fitness products in general are now being promoted more attractively than ever. Maybe colder weather has something to do with these promotions. For example, check my very recent posts:

As of today, Bullworker has joined the party with its own array of special prices. The specifics will be shown, but let me first present the reasons why this matters.

THE PERFECT HOME WORKOUT TOOLS

Bullworkers are high quality fitness tools that give us modes for both isotonic and isometric reps. They are not big, cumbersome products. They are relatively small and easily portable when we travel and need a workout option. At home, they don’t take up much space and can easily be put aside after use. But they are powerful.

The Steel Bow, Bow Classic and X5 Pro 28 are their signature products. The Steel Bow is shown below.

Resistance springs are inserted wihin the steel tube. Note the variety of “weights”. We can push the black handles at each end together or pull aprt the black handles in the middle. My preference is to use the Steel Bow for chest building by holding the Steel Bow in 3 separate positions – at chin level, at pectoral level and at waist level. Each position gives different stress to the chest.

I also like to use the Steel Bow for abdominal work, by sitting down and pushing the Steel Bow down in front of me, with abdominal muscles, not triceps.

We can benefit by reps first (finishing with a lengthy hold), by the hold first or by only the hold. I had done reps first for several years, but I had developed a right shoulder rotator cuff sprain from dumbbell workouts. I am now experimenting with holds only to protect my joints. Time under tension is a factor and pure isometrics are working well, though I will change to include reps when my shoulder sprain heals. The Steel Bow is 20″ in length.

The Bow Classic is another Bullworker that I use – primarily for back work. The “archer” movement is shown below. I do this from both sides separately. Then, I do the cable spread by pulling apart both sides in front of me. Lots of leg work can also be done with the Bow Classic, which is 36″ long.

VIDEOS

The best way to illustrate the Bullworkers is to show a few videos. Here they are:

FINAL THOUGHTS

I have had my two Bullworkers for over 6 years and they still look new. It’s a cliche, but they are built to last. My prior post gives more information on the company.

A couple of extra niceties:

  • The products come with handbooks to show all the applications to be done in simple terms
  • A Facebook group is available and free for anyone to share insights or ask questions

Bullworker quality is quite apparent and reduced prices sweeten the deals.
