Fitness technology has transformed the way people track, monitor and improve their physical fitness and overall health. These devices offer a wide range of features to help us achieve our fitness goals.
This will be a relatively short post. I will list categories of wearable fitness technology and show some of the better options available through Amazon. I will include a few non-wearable items at the end.

Fitness trackers – wearable devices that are designed to monitor and record our physical fitness and overall health metrics. They typically track steps taken, distance traveled, calories burned and heart rate. Some measure sleep patterns and heart rate.
