I have been a customer of Dick’s Sporting Goods for over five decades. My favorite purchases have been:
- Tennis racquets, strings, shoes, accessories and balls
- Golf club sets, individual clubs (several putters), bags, shoes, gloves and other accessories
- Exercise equipment – resistance bands of several types
- Sportswear – shirts, shorts, hats, sweaters
- Presents for friends
There was an air of professionalism in the stores that set DSG apart from other sources for equipment.

Growing up, I enjoyed going into the DSG stores to look around for what I needed or might find irresistible. Now, as an associate, I see that many specials are offered Online and it has become much easier to check out their inventory.
