FINAL THOUGHTS

As I read over the “top ten” foods recommended by UCSF Health, I was jolted into a feeling of guilt and yet one of a necessary exposure to information I somewhat knew, but was not practicing. At least, not fully.

Please read over carefully the information provided by the links to healthy foods. Many of them give us choices to make from comprehensive menus. They are good at what they do.

Bottom line – workouts are great, whether for strength or heart health. But our nutrition is just as important, if not more so. I have been around people who have said that because of their workout routines or sports participation, they could eat anything they wanted. Not true and never has been.

Please leave me any comments or questions in the “Comments” section below. Or email me, richard@myworkoutathome.com.

Let’s eat nutritiously and improve our health!

Richard
